Full-time role. Italy + EU residency, no US relocation pressure. Compensation: €X-Y base + per-engagement bonus + equity. Specific bands shared in the intro call.

Not a Big-4 rotation.
Pick one of 8 Bottega specialties on day one and go deep. 8-16 week customer engagements, not 2-year multi-rotations. You sit inside the customer's LLM, not Excel + PowerPoint.
12-week paid Academy
Bottega master-apprentice.
You join, you get trained — hands-on, on real customer fixtures (Dainese, Dumarey), inside Claude / ChatGPT / Claude Enterprise. Paid from week one. Internally graded by senior AOEs.

Claresia hires AOEs as full-time employees. The Bottega Academy is our paid 12-week onboarding program. From your apply form to your first customer engagement is roughly 4 months.

Intro call
A 30-minute conversation with the Claresia talent team. We walk through your background, the specialty fit, the customer pipeline (Dainese, Dumarey, next wave), and compensation bands.

Bottega trial day
A paid 1-day trial at the customer of your choice from the live pipeline. You shadow a senior AOE on a real engagement, run one micro-exercise, then we both decide.

12-week Bottega Academy
Full-time, paid onboarding. Hands-on inside Claude / ChatGPT / Claude Enterprise on real customer fixtures. Atlas attestations + your specialty qualification, capstone-graded by senior AOEs.

First deployment
You ship to a real customer for an 8-16 week engagement. You coach their workforce through the AI transition alongside a Claresia Forward Deployed Engineer.
