Why Claresia, not McKinsey / Accenture / Bain?

The honest answer: if you want to do AI transformation at enterprise scale today, you have two real options — a generalist seat at one of the Big-4 / MBB shops, or a deep specialty seat at a venture-backed Italian-rooted player who only does this. Six reasons we’re the second option worth taking.

    You pick one of 8 Bottega specialties on day one and go deep — Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Procurement, or Security. No 2-year multi-rotation that ends with you generalist on paper and rusty in every craft.

    8-16 week engagements, not multi-year burnout

    Most Claresia AOE engagements run 8-16 weeks. You ship, the customer keeps the Agent Operators you trained, you move to the next customer. No 18-month MBB programmes where you forget what you came in to do.

    Sit inside the customer’s LLM, not Excel + PowerPoint

    You operate where the work actually happens — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise. The artefacts you produce are real prompts, real workflows, real agent loops the customer keeps running after you leave.

    Customers are in Turin, Milan, Vicenza, Ghent, Strasbourg, Frankfurt. Claresia hires for these markets, not for them. Italian customers get Italian AOEs operating in Italian; EU customers, the same in their language.

    You meet senior AOEs from day one

    The Bottega Academy is master-apprentice. You don’t train in a classroom — you train alongside Claresia’s senior AOEs on real customer fixtures (Dainese, Dumarey, the next wave). The first person to grade your capstone is the AOE you’ll deploy with.

Compensation

€X-Y base + per-engagement bonus + equity.

Specific bands shared in the 30-min intro call. Salary scales with specialty depth, prior experience, and the customer book you’d be deployed against. Equity is real — early-stage cap table, vesting on standard terms.
